01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ZeeTwin ("ZeeTwin", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZeeTwin platform, including the website at zeetwin.app, the ZeeTwin mobile application, and all games and services offered through those channels.

By registering a ZeeTwin account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on any ZeeTwin game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use ZeeTwin.

ZeeTwin reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of ZeeTwin after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a ZeeTwin account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZeeTwin does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing ZeeTwin from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a ZeeTwin employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ZeeTwin for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one ZeeTwin account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ZeeTwin relies on the details you provide to process payments and verify your identity. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• Your account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact ZeeTwin support immediately via live chat.
• ZeeTwin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your ZeeTwin account — is not permitted.

ZeeTwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card or passport) at any point. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

04 Deposits

ZeeTwin accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your ZeeTwin wallet in real time. ZeeTwin does not charge any fees on deposits.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• The maximum single deposit amount is ৳50,000. Higher limits may be available on request for verified accounts.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• ZeeTwin does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers at this time.
• All deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for ZeeTwin's operational expenses.

05 Withdrawals

ZeeTwin processes all withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket in under 60 seconds. There is no minimum withdrawal amount and ZeeTwin charges zero fees on any withdrawal. What you win is exactly what you receive.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your ZeeTwin account.
• Before your first withdrawal, ZeeTwin may require identity verification. This is a one-time process and is completed quickly via live chat support.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for full details.
• ZeeTwin reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 24 hours if additional verification is required due to unusual account activity.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and confirmed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ZeeTwin offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and leaderboard prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering requirement: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a 20× wagering requirement on the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game: slots and crash games contribute 100%, fishing games contribute 50%, and lottery tickets contribute 10% toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active will forfeit the previous bonus.
• ZeeTwin reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors.
• Leaderboard prize pools are credited directly to the winner's ZeeTwin wallet every Monday and are subject to a 5× wagering requirement.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on ZeeTwin use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that are independently audited on a quarterly basis. ZeeTwin's crash and multiplier games — including Crash Goal — use a provably fair system, meaning every result can be independently verified by the player after the round ends using the seed values displayed in the game interface.

• The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's information panel. ZeeTwin does not alter RTP settings based on individual player accounts.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and all bets returned to the player's wallet.
• Game results are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the server. ZeeTwin does not reverse completed game results except in cases of verified technical error.
• Players must not use any software, script, or tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in any ZeeTwin game. This includes but is not limited to: auto-betting bots, exploit scripts, and collusion with other players.
• ZeeTwin reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where unfair play is detected.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZeeTwin and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on ZeeTwin
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using ZeeTwin for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any ZeeTwin game or system
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with ZeeTwin
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZeeTwin staff or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Charging back a deposit after using the deposited funds to place bets

09 Account Suspension & Closure

ZeeTwin reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that ZeeTwin considers harmful to the platform or its players.

• If your account is suspended pending investigation, ZeeTwin will contact you within 48 hours to explain the reason and outline the next steps.
• If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment account within 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. See Section 10 for details.

10 Responsible Gaming

ZeeTwin takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings and do not require contacting support to activate.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set a reminder to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-ups showing your net gaming activity during the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from ZeeTwin for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

11 Privacy & Data

ZeeTwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

• ZeeTwin collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.
• Your personal data is never sold to third parties.
• ZeeTwin uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections and stores zero payment credentials on its own servers.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data ZeeTwin holds about you at any time by contacting support.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on ZeeTwin — including but not limited to the ZeeTwin logo, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of ZeeTwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ZeeTwin content without prior written permission.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ZeeTwin for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from ZeeTwin.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeeTwin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• ZeeTwin is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• ZeeTwin is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider outages.
• ZeeTwin does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.

14 Changes to Terms

ZeeTwin may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ZeeTwin will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using ZeeTwin and may request account closure before the changes take effect. Continued use of ZeeTwin after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
